A magical programme, suitable for all the family, with special Christmas favourites including The Nutcracker Suite, Sleigh Ride and White Christmas, alongside Debbie Wiseman’s own lyrical setting of Oscar Wilde’s fairy story The Selfish Giant.

The concert will also feature the world première performance of The Fib – a delightful and touching Christmas story from the best-selling short story collection, with music by Debbie Wiseman, to be read by the author, George Layton, and introduced by the football legend, Gary Lineker.

Breast Cancer Campaign aims to beat breast cancer by funding innovative world-class research to understand how breast cancer develops, leading to improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention and cure. The money raised from the concert will go towards continuing this vital research.

HANDEL: Messiah

Messiah needs little introduction. Composed in a fever of creative inspiration in about three weeks, the work had its premiere in Dublin in 1742. It soon became the best-loved of all Handel’s sacred oratorios and today receives countless performances every year all over the world.

London Concert Choir’s performance, with period instrument ensemble Counterpoint under the direction of Mark Forkgen, will highlight the dramatic qualities of this endlessly rich score.

As they mark 20 years, the London Gay Men's Chorus are pulling out all the stops to turn their Christmas show into a spectacular celebration. Those in the Chorus who have hair will be letting it down so think Santa, snow, roaring fires and an avalanche of Christmas favourites.

A host of new arrangements include songs such as Let It Snow, Santa Baby, Walking In A Winter Wonderland, Only You and Stay Another Day plus a stunning medley of Christmas number ones. Also expect plenty of surprises including special guests and the Chorus's unique choreography.
