Spirit of Christmas Fair

Spirit of Christmas Fair
The Spirit of Christmas Fair in association with House & Garden is the most exclusive event to find fresh, innovative ideas and be inspired by over 600 hand‐picked boutiques. Taking place 2-6 November 2011 at Kensington’s London Olympia, it provides the most discerning of shoppers the chance to shop, dine and socialise whilst discovering unique and irresistible gift ideas for the festive season.

Indulge yourself in an incomparable Christmas Shopping experience with each boutique company selected for its quality and originality. Find exquisite Christmas decorations from Retreat Home Ltd, and seasonal wreaths of red berries and fir cones from The Festive Dresser Ltd.

Accessories make the ideal Christmas gift and covetous collections on show include Alison Van Der Lande bags (a favourite of Jennifer Anniston and Sarah Jessica Parker) and a beautifully tailored cape coat by Katherine Hooker for any glamorous occasion (British designer favoured by Kate Middleton).

Food lovers and gourmets will be tempted with seasonal delights of luxury puddings and delicious chutneys from The Carved Angel, handmade limited edition Christmas cakes from The Christmas Cake Ltd and premium cheeses from the Snowdonia Cheese Co Ltd.

Spoil a relative or friend with some fabulous gift ideas – be creative and spell the festive season with Emily Readett Bayley’s ‘posh graffiti ‘ or a vintage glass necklace from Unique Gifts from Emily. Finally, the perfect Christmas party season would not be complete without an exquisite outfit of sumptuous velvet in jewelled colours from designer Beautrice von Tresckow or a traditional English classic from Peregrine Clothing.

Mossimann’s Winter Restaurant
The ever stylish Mossimann’s dining space overlooks the fair and provides the perfect place to unwind and indulge in exceptional dining. Enjoy coffee or breakfast prior to the fair opening or a special Bento Box Lunch menu that promises delectable cuisine for which Mosimann’s is world renowned. Alternatively, take a fashionable break from shopping and indulge in an afternoon tea with friends in glamorous surroundings.

House and Garden Workshop
This is one of the hugely popular features of the fair. Discover the art of entertaining from true experts, share the latest trends across table top ideas and centrepieces with Emma Forbes, a festive round up from The Dorchester Collection and beautiful wrapping ideas with Jane Means.

Champagne Bar
Take a chance to relax in between shopping and socialise with friends over a glass of champagne and a delicious plate of fine, sumptuous seafood. A refreshing glass of bubbly can be enjoyed with a light bite at the Central Bar located in the breathtaking heart of Olympia’s Grand Hall.

Food Features
The Food Hall offers the country’s finest delicacies for the festive season. Mouth watering cheeses, fish, cured meats, Christmas cakes and the finest wines, are amongst the tempting selection on offer from over 100 specialists.

Visit the Great Taste Awards Theatre to sample the finest award‐winning foods with the Guild of Fine Food. The stands throughout the theatre feature Great Taste award‐winning producers and their fabulous products.
