The racecourse has in excess of 30,000 visitors over the two days, so we don’t need to explain just how busy the area and the roads around Kempton Park can get. Public transport around the course is limited due to the Christmas Bank Holiday, so planning your visit is key – that’s why we’re here to help. We offer ample paid for and free car parking facilities including a local park and ride. We also offer a bus service from Richmond Station.

We always advise that you pre-book tickets and car parking well in advance of the fixture. Certain premium areas and paid for car parking facilities do sell out – so avoid disappointment and book early.

On the actual day, arrive as early as possible. Gates open at 10am – our advice is to arrive as close to this time as you can. Have a wander around the racecourse and familiarise yourself with your surroundings and even enjoy some live music in the ground floor of the grandstand. There are plenty of food and drink concessions around the course – the main thing to do is relax and enjoy your day.
