London for Christmas

Alexandra Palace’s ice rink has long been viewed as London’s ice rink, and home to the region’s ice skating communities. The rink has recently undergone a £2.3 million refurbishment, massively improving public skating conditions and also allowing it to be used as a competitive standard ice skating venue.

Free skate hire: Skate hire is included in your ticket. We have a full range of figure skates starting from a child size 6 to adult size 14. We do not hire hockey skates. You may bring your own skates to use but please be aware of the rink rules. We advise wearing warm clothes. Remember your thick socks! Bring gloves and avoid loose clothing as it can be dangerous on the Ice.

Spectator fee: A spectator fee of £1.00 is applicable to all public sessions except Friday and Saturday evening sessions where there is one admission price of £8.00.
