Christmas Decorating Evenings
Tis the season to be jolly - and to bedeck your house with festive designs. Whether you're a magpie attracted to everything that sparkles, or a purist who believes that less is very much more, our Christmas Decorating Evenings are a real treat.

While you enjoy mulled wine and mince pies, Judith will wow you with inspiring ideas that will transform your home into a winter wonderland. She will show you how to create gorgeous - yet deceptively simple - wreaths (for the table, or door), garlands (for stairs, mantlepieces etc) and stunning table centres. She will share expert tips on the best seasonal flowers and foliage to use, what to buy and what to harvest from the hedgerow, and how to make fresh decorations last until Twelfth Night.

Traditional English Christmas
In this fun one-day workshop, we will be creating stunning festive designs for the home. Each student will take away a table centerpiece with candles and a wreath of scented seasonal foliage decorated with their choice of cones, ribbons, fruit and flowers. All decorations should last until the New Year.

Contemporary English Christmas
The latest trends and ideas for the festive season will be explored in this one-day workshop. Students will create two gorgeous arrangements to take home and more designs will be demonstrated. All festive decorations should last until the New Year.

Market Tour and Christmas Garland workshop
In this special morning at the Flower Market, a guided tour (during which you can buy from the huge range of cut flowers, plants, foliage, vases and decorations that are available at wholesale prices) will be followed by a workshop in which you will create a gorgeous and sumptuous 4 metre Christmas garland from seasonal foliage and decorations. Wherever you choose to hang it - over a fireplace, on a beam, a stair case, a wall, a bedstead etc - your garland will
be the epitome of festive charm. Breakfast included.

Judith's Christmas Wreath Masterclass
The first Christmas decoration to appear in the Blacklock household is invariably a wreath. With its gorgeous scent, it instantly conjures a festive atmosphere and if designed well, it will last into the New Year. During this one-off and very special evening, Judith will share the delights of Christmas wreath-making to the soundtrack of her favourite carols. Using seasonal foliage, flowers and decorations, you will create your own sumptuous wreath to take home. The only dilemma is whether to hang it from your door, or give it pride of place - with a candle - on the kitchen or dining room table.

Judith will also demonstrate other festive designs during the evening while you enjoy mince pies and mulled wine. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions you have about any aspect of floral design and working with flowers.
